yes, i finished it!

ah ha! you prolly thought i was talking about a WIP...nay. i have a serious problem with finishing knitting projects. that's a story for another time. books? i can finish those. as i did the handmaid's tale. i finished it two weeks ago...just forgot to blog about it! and since mai is my drill sergeant...i'm gonna be in super deep trouble if i don't post...must please the maitai! hehe!

so let me just say this is seriously one of the best books i have read in a long time! and eerily, very possible of a future. it's weird though...because you talk to people about a book like this. and they don't get it. chalk it up to stifled imaginations i guess. me? i can see what happens in this book being a future possibility. i'm not a conspiracy theorist or anything like that...but seriously. as extreme as margaret atwood makes this story, the realistic possibility exists.

unfortunately, the ending left me hungry for more!!! so, i'm on a quest for another delicious book. any suggestions?
