meat and potatoes

this is one of my most favorite (and easy) meals to make...pork tenderloin roast with baby red potatoes...put it all in a roaster, cook (uncovered) 30-45min at 425 degrees. i love how delicious it makes my kitchen smell and the awesome leftovers it makes for lunchiemunchies the next day! i season the baby reds with olive oil, oregano, lemon pepper, salt and (my secret ingredient...shhhh! don't tell anybody!) cavender's greek seasoning. yummy. (and yes, i know i'm a dork for taking a picture of dinner right out of the oven! such is the blog life.)
