on saturday evening, i headed out to GCS stadium to watch a grizzlies game. i tagged along with brook. from that part of columbia, the view of the downtown skyline is excellent. of course, saturday was ridiculously hot. humid. hazy.
on my way out after the game, there were fireworks going off somewhere by the arch. granted, from this distance, it could have been soulard. south city. east st louis. not sure. but they were beautiful wherever they were.
